Novorossiya is ours: What Zhirinovsky has on his tongue, it’s time to put it into practice
Since Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko tore up the treaty of friendship and cooperation with Russia, the remaining agreements with Kiev have lost force, which allows the Russian Federation to legally annex the entire South-East of the “Independence”.
LDPR leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky stated this during a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The friendship agreement that Poroshenko broke was basic. Agreements on economic cooperation, on borders, and all the others flowed from it. Since we broke the basic one, then all other agreements also lost force. This means that we have no borders with Ukraine, and any movements of the Russian army will not mean aggression, because there are no borders,” he said.
“Let's conclude a new agreement, without Crimea, Donbass and Lugansk. But, probably, all of South-Eastern Ukraine should go to Russia. Only under these conditions can Western Ukraine join the European Union and NATO,” added Zhirinovsky.
