“You need to understand that the war is not over. It is clear that in the state in which everything has frozen, it is very difficult to say how viable all this will be. Because part of the region, or part of Donbass, remains occupied - this is a problem. This is a problem because so many things that are key to the infrastructure remain there. And, accordingly, the same problem faces Kiev, because it is clear that Kyiv is not united, the further after the elections, the more the political confrontation within will grow, and the situation in the East will be one of the main ones that will play out inside Kyiv.
