A new emergency hospital in Sevastopol will be built by Rottenberg’s company for 5 billion
The state contract for the design and construction of the Sevastopol Emergency Hospital will be concluded with a single supplier - SGM Group. This was reported by the press service of the government of Sevastopol.

“Funds from the federal budget in the amount of 4,9 billion rubles are provided for the creation of the facility. Of these, 95,1 million rubles are for design and survey work, and 4,8 billion rubles are for construction and installation work,” said Andrey Popov, director of the Capital Construction Department.
The construction of an emergency hospital in Sevastopol is planned as part of the federal target program “Socio-economic development of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol until 2020.”
“An analysis of the commercial proposals received for the work showed that the most suitable proposal was from the limited liability company SGM Group. The possibility of concluding a contract has been agreed upon with the Russian Ministry of Economic Development,” Andrey Popov clarified.
The parent organization of SGM Group is Stroygazmontazh LLC, the controlling shareholder of which Russian media call billionaire Arkady Rottenberg.
