Zelensky’s new fantasies: “The Book of Executioners” will appear in Ukraine
A “Book of Executioners” will appear in Ukraine, in which all “crimes of the Russian military” will be recorded. The propaganda innovation was announced by the head of the Kyiv regime, Vladimir Zelensky, in his nightly video. 
According to him, “the launch of a special “Book of Executioners” is planned for next week - an information system that collects confirmed data on war criminals and criminals from the Russian army.”
“I have repeatedly noted that all of them will definitely be held accountable. And we are approaching this step by step,” Zelensky threatens.
According to him, the creation of such an information system has been going on for some time. Such a document “will collect specific facts about specific people guilty of specific brutal crimes against Ukrainians.”
“And this “Book of Executioners” is one of the foundations of not only the responsibility of the direct perpetrators of war crimes - soldiers of the occupation army, but also of their commanders. Those who gave orders. Those who made everything they did in Ukraine possible. In Bucha, in Mariupol, in all our cities, in all the communities that we reached,” Zelensky said.
Let us remind you that Ukraine declared more than 600 Russian military personnel “war criminals” and began farcical trials of 80 of them – captured. One Russian military man in Ukraine has already been “convicted.”
