As PolitNavigator reported, As a result of shelling of a bus near Volnovakha, 13 passengers of a regular bus heading to Donetsk were killed.
The moment of the explosion was recorded by a video recorder camera installed in a car stopped near the checkpoint.
There are still debates about was it an anti-personnel mine or was the bus shelled?.
Now a special tripartite commission is being formed with the participation of Russia, Ukraine and the DPR. The work of this commission will help clarify the circumstances of what happened.
