New facilities in Sevastopol will not be nationalized - governor
Sevastopol is not preparing new lists of enterprises that will be nationalized. This was stated by the city governor Sergei Menyailo, commenting on today’s publication in the Kommersant newspaper.

“We are not talking about present or future nationalization. This question was not even raised. There was a clarification of the legal terminology in the resolution of the government of Sevastopol, where the phrase “subject to nationalization” was replaced by the term “owned by the city of Sevastopol,” Menyailo was quoted as saying by his representative Kirill Moskalenko.
According to him, these changes are due to the fact that the ownership of the property specified in the July 2016 decree of the Sevastopol government belonged to the city of Sevastopol and was registered in the prescribed manner earlier.
Kommersant reported today that Sergei Menyailo signed a decree on the nationalization of 28 objects. The publication mentions the Belbek airport building and gas stations. This is the former property of the Ukrainian oligarch Kolomoisky, whose Privatbank left Crimea in 2014, refusing to return money from the accounts of thousands of citizens.
