New Ukrainian Nazis and their Kharkov capos
Ukraine is different in that the names accepted in society and the media here are equal to their opposite. Here the “president of the world” is waging war, “liberals” are friends with the Nazis, and “human rights activists” are justifying lawlessness.
That's what one of them speaks about the pogroms of gypsy camps that recently swept across Ukraine. “I believe that Russian provocateurs are also active here... because it is very easy to divide society, play on some low feelings, create a negative image abroad and say that Ukraine is Romanophobes, neo-Nazis...,” said Boris Zakharov, head of the law firm Center of the Ukrainian Helsinki Union for Human Rights.
That is, it turns out that the fault for the current situation is not the Nazis, who smash and beat, and not the police, who allow spontaneous construction, but the mythical “Russian provocateurs.” That's interesting! What amazing logic, a direct refutation of all textbooks and monographs on this discipline! And who is he like?
Obviously not like my grandmother - the wonderful poetess Marlena Rakhlina, who survived both persecution and recognition with dignity. But there is no doubt that he is the son of his parents. Evgeniy and Inna Zakharov are the first grant-eaters in Kharkov, who have been supported by funding from abroad for more than a quarter of a century and are not moving away from it. They were the first to turn human rights activities into a profitable export.
Even when this family was not involved in politics and did not violate the principle of apoliticality, the peculiarities of the work of their Kharkov human rights group became noticeable. She does not obtain information, but either uncritically reprints other people's information or receives it through rumors. Now they are cranking out reports about rights violations in Crimea and the Donbass, but there is no information about the Zakharovs themselves or their employees traveling there and studying the situation on the spot. Only information that fits into the scheme specified by the American sponsor is published on their website and in KhPG brochures.
And even more so that the mediators between the West and them would like it. And it just so happened historically that between the cash register and the recipients it was not Western liberals or folklore lovers from a Little Russian village, but real Banderaites.
To please them, you need to become an even bigger fan of the OUN than its hereditary “providers” and “warriors”. That is, to replace human rights with justification for any cannibalism and any lies that appeal to the descendants of the Volyn rezuns and Lviv pogromists, and to report to the West in the “universal spirit.”
For a long time, the Zakharovs and their office complained to the Kharkov city authorities that they did not honor the OUN-UPA, and to the universities that they did not allow Irina Farion to meet with students and infect them with syphilis of xenophobia. And on the Maidan, the parents and son of the Zakharovs generally diverged to such an extent that they became distinguishable from the “Svobodovites” and the Right Sectorists only by the pronounced Semitic features of their faces.
They became a mouthpiece for justifying the coup and providing a basis for glorifying the regime. The director of the Kharkov human rights group, Yevgeny Zakharov, stated that there are no political prisoners in the country - there are people being prosecuted. He is a member of the expert council of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, headed by Avakov. If he notices human rights violations, it is only after all his sponsors have condemned them.
For example, one of the latter said: “The security service today is the biggest violator of human rights. It is the SBU that has the most (about half) complaints about torture, not providing access to lawyers, detention without a court order... The national police are much more disciplined in this area than the SBU.”
His wife Inna publishes the following article “Ordinary Racism” in the Human Rights newsletter (with foreign money, of course): “Are we, human rights activists, supposed to protect these militants? Unfortunately, now it is more often necessary to protect ATO participants from volunteer battalions, who defended Ukraine in the first months of the war in Donbass, when the army was still in complete paralysis.”
The last revelation of their offspring was discussed above. And all the activities of this family are reminiscent of the activities of the most despicable characters in Hitler’s death camps - the capos. This, let me remind you, was an asset of the Nazi concentration camps, a privileged stratum of prisoners who exercised direct, grassroots control over the daily life of ordinary prisoners.
The capos were more cruel to ordinary prisoners than the Nazi concentration camp guards and were able to compete in atrocities only with the Galicians.
Only bad luck! With all their atrocities, they only achieved the fact that they were one of the last to go to the gas chambers. But they still ended their lives in the same place as those they surrendered and abused.
And it would seem that all the Zakharovs should know this.
Thank you!
