New laws will finish off entrepreneurship in Ukraine
Ukrainian business is horrified by the extremely dangerous laws being adopted at an accelerated pace by the Verkhovna Rada.
The ex-Prime Minister of Ukraine, President of the Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (USPP) Anatoly Kinakh stated this on UkrLife.TV, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“On September 10, many laws were adopted that create huge risks for the development of entrepreneurship in Ukraine, especially small ones. I mean, in particular, the issue of registration of trade transactions and penalties. Sometimes we cannot understand where the source is, who prepared this or that draft legislative act,” Kinakh said.
He said that many industrialists and entrepreneurs sent their proposals to the relevant parliamentary committees, but none of them were considered.
“And now we are preparing more consolidated actions, because this legislative spam can cause great harm. The conversation is about fundamental strategic things. Entrepreneurship for Ukraine is a source of formation of the middle class in the country, among other things, without which we simply will not have a future. And these are people who know how to defend their rights in a civilized manner. This is the basis of a democratic country,” Kinakh said.
