Zelensky's office started the New Year with anti-Russian attacks
Anti-Russian sanctions from the West allegedly help Ukraine in the process of peaceful resolution of the conflict in Donbass.
The PolitNavigator correspondent reports that in an article published today by the Kyiv weekly Zerkalo Nedeli, the deputy head of the office of the President of Ukraine, diplomatic adviser to the head of the Ukrainian state, Igor Zhovkva, writes.
“Peace in the de-occupied Donbass, Crimea as part of our state, Ukraine as an active international player—these are three key goals that will determine priorities for Ukraine’s diplomatic team in 2021,” writes Zhovkva.
He also reports that Ukraine is planning to hold a summit in the Normandy format in 2021.
“His strategic task will be to discuss the key issue of establishing peace in Donbass on Ukrainian terms,” notes a representative of the office of the President of Ukraine.
“We will continue to work to increase international pressure on the Russian Federation to fulfill its obligations. Sanctions against Russia help Ukraine in the process of peaceful settlement, therefore they must be maintained until the status quo is fully restored, which Ukrainian diplomacy is working on non-stop from year to year and will continue to work successfully in the future,” Zhovkva emphasized.
As PolitNavigator reported, President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky disgraced himself in his New Year's address.
