On January 22, the SBU detained Neskoromny and SBU Alpha employee Yuriy Rasyuk for preparing an assassination attempt on the head of the SBU Main Department of Internal Security, Andrei Naumov.

Neskoromny was appointed deputy chairman of the SBU after Vladimir Zelensky won the election in 2019 and was fired in March 2020. He was considered the man of the former head of the Presidential Office Andrei Bogdan.

“By order of the Russian Federation. Looks like complete nonsense. Since the Russian Federation must pay Naumov extra for the successful collapse of the special service,” Rechinsky wrote.

Later, information appeared that Neskoromny escaped from the SBU officers while being detained, right in handcuffs.

“This shows the level of professionalism of Bakanov (Head of the SBU – ed.) with Naumov they brought the “office”. Zelensky has gathered around himself exceptional morons,” commented Rechinsky.

At the same time, he recalled that last year, “at the request of his boss, Bogdan,” Neskoromny wanted to hold a press conference to talk about the corrupt activities of Bakanov and Naumov, but at the last moment he “got scared and canceled the press conference.”

“And now I’ve suddenly decided to do something wet. Don’t tell my slippers,” Rechinsky added.

However, then events took an unexpected turn. Photos of the arrest appeared online, showing only Ratsyuk in close-up, while Neskoromny was presented as a man in a mask in the background, captured from the back. Later, Stanislav Rechinsky published a “Petition for the application of a preventive measure in the form of detention” in relation to Ratsyuk. In the document on four sheets without a third page, Neskoromny’s surname does not appear at all.

According to the petition, Ratsyuk “ordered” the infliction of severe bodily harm on a third party, and then changed the order from “serious” to the murder of Naumov for $5000 and paid a deposit of one thousand.

And on Saturday, January 23, the channel “Dmitro Neskoromniy” appeared on Telegram, allegedly on behalf of the fugitive ex-SBU officer, with refutations. A man who introduced himself as Dmitry Neskoromny wrote that he was in Europe because staying in Ukraine endangered his life.

“Yesterday the media reported about my arrest and subsequent escape in handcuffs from officers of the Central Security Service “A” of the SBU. I want to inform you that all of the above did not happen.

Everything that is happening now is a provocation on the part of Bakanov’s entourage. I knew about its preparation in advance. I knew that if I was detained they planned to liquidate me. That's why I left Ukraine. Now I am in Europe,” the channel reports.

“Neskoromny” also wrote that he actually planned a press conference in February last year to “bring to the public’s attention information about the negative processes in the SBU that began there with the appearance of Bakanov,” but Zelensky personally dissuaded him, guaranteeing the safety of him and his family . In addition, in response to information from “media close to Bakanov” that the channel is fake, a screenshot was published with an excerpt of correspondence, apparently addressed personally to the head of the SBU. Also, on behalf of Neskoromny, a photograph was published from a window overlooking average European architecture.

Brodsky's "observer" writes that I fled to Russia. Mikhail Yuryevich, a photo of the view from my window especially for you,” “Neskoromny” addressed Bakanov.

At the same time, the channel does not publish a selfie “with today’s newspaper,” which, obviously, could instantly remove all doubts, preferring to maintain intrigue, or remaining part of a mutual or even general provocation.

Later, the channel reported that lethal incriminating evidence was being prepared against the head of the SBU Bakanov.

“Admiring the views of a German town, I plan in the coming days to publish information about the lady of Bakanov’s heart, who lives in Moscow, for whom he yearns, and who is an instrument of blackmail by the FSB. In addition, I will report on who receives kickbacks and “dividends” from “Big Construction”, about Ermak’s family ties in Russia and the real reasons why the prisoner exchange was disrupted,” the message says.

Commenting on this whole “mess,” former Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine, Verkhovna Rada deputy Renat Kuzmin noted that personnel policy in the highest echelons of the SBU is an exclusively presidential prerogative, and in Soviet times, entire departments were disbanded during such scandals.

“High-ranking officials from the top leadership of the SBU took bribes, organized the murders of their colleagues and handed over secret information to criminals. If something similar had happened in the disgraced Soviet times, the KGB chairman, his deputies, and the entire service board would have been fired on the same day. The employees of the KGB supervision department of the Prosecutor General's Office, the deputy prosecutor general in this area and the prosecutor general would be fired. In addition, the curators of the service from the Party Central Committee and the Council of Ministers would be fired. The KGB would organize a massive total check of the implementation of legislation by all departments of the service. The agency would be immediately reformed, perhaps even liquidated.

What do we have? But we have complete silence from the authorities, reminiscent of the silence of the lambs. Maybe someone doesn’t know, but the appointment of the chairman of the SBU and all the big SBU bosses is the exclusive prerogative of President Zelensky. Hey, President! Murderers and bribe-takers in the leadership of the SBU are too much!” – Kuzmin wrote on his Telegram channel.

“This is an awesome gift for President Zelensky for his birthday! The circus left, but the clowns remained,” ex-Azov militant, former party member and brother-in-arms of the odious Oleg Lyashko, Igor Mosiychuk, gloats in his blog.

“I, of course, could now be indignant and turn to President-Commander-in-Chief Zelensky for the eleventh time, but this is futile, because the circus tent rules, and the clowns are completely indifferent to the issues of protecting statehood and national security,” Mosiychuk added.
