A new technology park “PMC Wagner Center” will appear in St. Petersburg for the development of the country’s defense industry
Investor companies LLC "Integrated Household Solutions" and JSC "Alfa" have agreed on cooperation and are ready to build the technology park "PMC Wagner Center" in St. Petersburg for the development of the domestic defense industry.
According to the project, on the site of a vacant lot located opposite the recently opened PMC Wagner Center in St. Petersburg, a complex of buildings will be built, which will be a modern technological cluster, on the territory of which ideas will be discussed and funds will be created for the development of the defense industry of Russia.
On the territory of the expanded “PMC Wagner Center” there will be premises for the placement and conduct of industrial production, scientific, technical and innovative activities of residents. After discussing the projects, they will be able to come to life there. Some of the buildings will house engineering and certification centers, a business incubator, and a clean room.
In the area between Zolnaya, Dalnevostochny and Novoselov streets, the authors of the project plan to create a modern urban environment with a center for the provision of household services and a landscaped green area with a restaurant area. It is also worth noting that technology parks are, in principle, actively developing in Moscow and the region, as well as Tatarstan. The main difference is that at the Wagner Center PMC all efforts will be aimed at developing the defense industry.
