Kyiv, December 07 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – The new vice-speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Oksana Syroed (Samopomich party of Lvov mayor Andrei Sadovy) does not know the size of the minimum wage and pension.

“Pani Oksana, please tell me, what is the current minimum salary and minimum pension in Ukraine?” – ex-“regional” Nestor Shufrich addressed her.
“I don’t know,” the Raw Foodist answered after a pause.
"I know! Our minimum pension is about 980 UAH, the minimum salary in the country is about 2000 UAH,” deputy Oleg Lyashko came to the rescue.
“Mr. Oleg, you don’t even know! Although you work in the budget committee,” Shufrich shook his head.
“I’m average in industry,” Lyashko began to justify himself.
“We have positive things happening in parliament. Nestor Shufrich knows what our minimum wage and pension are. He himself is a millionaire. I looked at his declaration. 11 million income, 1600 square meters of housing, 7 or 9 apartments,” commented deputy Victoria Syumar on Shufrich’s “tricky” question.
The minimum salary in Ukraine is 1218 UAH, the minimum pension is 971 UAH.
