The first to greet Viktor Yanukovych was, obviously, the Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada, Vladimir Rybak. After him, the leader of the Communist Party of Ukraine, Petro Symonenko, presented a gift and a large bouquet of red and white roses. Following him, Yanukovych is greeted by members of the Cabinet of Ministers and deputies of parliament. Viktor Yanukovych hugged Sergei Tigipko. Among those who congratulated were mayors, in particular, Lvov Andrey Sadovy and Zaporozhye Alexander Sin, мer of Dnepropetrovsk Ivan Kulichenko, who represented the Petro Poroshenko Bloc in this year’s parliamentary elections, Mayor of Kharkov Gennady Kernes, Mayor of Donetsk Alexander Lukyanchenko and others.
The video ends with warm congratulations from oligarch Igor Kolomoisky and, apparently, an explanation of the gift, which Viktor Fedorovich carefully studies.
As PolitNavigator reported, a day before the parliamentary elections, a recording appeared on the Internet that captured how a few years ago Arseniy Yatsenyuk, at celebrations in the company of Viktor Yanukovych and other “regionals,” showers compliments and kisses then-Prime Minister Mykola Azarov.
