Nuland at the “Yalta Conference” in Kyiv again scares Russia with sanctions
The United States will not abandon sanctions against Russia until the territorial integrity of Ukraine is restored, US Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nulanda said at the Yalta European Strategy meeting (YES), which, contrary to its name, takes place not in Yalta, but in Kyiv.

– Sanctions will remain until the Minsk agreements are implemented and the sovereignty of the Ukrainian border is restored. After that, we can begin to roll back sanctions,” Nuland said during the session “East of Ukraine and Crimea: How to Solve the Unsolvable?”
However, Nuland said, further violations of the Minsk agreements could lead to additional consequences for the Russian Federation.
“And of course, we will work on the issue of Crimea until Ukraine’s sovereignty is restored there,” Nuland added.
