We urgently need to come to an agreement with Savchenko before she brings us to the negotiating table with Donbass - Kiev magazine

The magazine “Ukrainian Week” writes about this, according to which, “Savchenko’s separate negotiations in Minsk are an important argument for those Western partners who believe that Kiev should negotiate with the terrorist leaders directly and “look for ways of a peaceful settlement.”
“A precedent has been created: this dialogue (it is unclear, however, on whose behalf) is already being conducted by a people’s deputy, a member of the Ukrainian delegation to PACE. Therefore, it cannot be ruled out that the “peacekeeping activities” of Nadezhda Savchenko, for whose release not only Ukraine, but the entire free world at one time supported, will find a certain number of supporters among the pacifist-naive and openly pro-Russian forces in the West. Therefore, on the agenda of the Ukrainian authorities is the need to come to an agreement with Nadezhda herself before her activities become irreversible. If official Kyiv neglects this need or lets the situation take its course, the Kremlin can quickly turn it around in its favor,” the publication warns.
