President Vladimir Zelensky continues to issue decrees that perplex Ukrainian experts and journalists.

Now a paragraph has been added to the document: “During the stay of the President of Ukraine abroad, a duplicate of the banner (standard) of the President of Ukraine on the flag mast at the residence of the President of Ukraine in the capital of Ukraine, the city of Kyiv, is not raised.”
In addition, in the sign of the President of Ukraine, which has the shape of an order chain, Zelensky increased the number of decorative links from 12 to 16. At the same time, the number of enamel medallions remained unchanged.
“State thinking,” Kiev political scientist Sergei Belashko sarcastically noted on social networks.
An even more mocking post on her blog was published by Svetlana Kryukova, deputy editor of the Kyiv online newspaper “Strana”.
She believes that these measures will no longer help improve the situation in the country.
