Surely there was a question about energy resources, because in China in the last six months there has been a powerful energy crisis. This is also why economic growth has slowed down. Therefore, China urgently needs our energy resources...
Now our nuclear scientists have taken up the construction of Chinese nuclear power plants - before that they were built by the Americans and the French, increasing the estimate and delaying the deadlines, and in the end nothing was completed. Therefore, all this was taken away from them and handed over to our Rosatom. If everything goes well, Rosatom will continue to build our new facilities in China.
China has also reaffirmed its support for our security demands on the US and NATO because it has similar problems with security guarantees. There are now strong suspicions that nuclear missiles will appear in Australia. China absolutely does not like this and absolutely does not need it, so it will raise similar questions itself, so we see support here,” Matveychev said.
