This statement was made on TV channel 112 by Kiev journalist Dmitry Gordon, who at one time actively supported the Maidan, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
He also called Ukrainians “poor and stoned” while explaining his thesis.
“I want to tell you that the best parliament will not be elected. Our people choose shit all the time. That's how they are designed, unfortunately. Because they are poor and stoned. That’s the whole story, our parliaments are getting worse and worse and worse,” Gordon said.
