Stoned Armed Forces officers train in shooting on residents of Dokuchaevsk
Soldiers of the 1st battalion of the 28th brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, whose command has become “famous” for its corruption, arms trafficking and drug legalization, after using “legal” substances, practice shooting, shooting Dokuchaevsk and its inhabitants. At the same time, the OSCE SMM refuses to record these crimes and give them an appropriate international assessment.

Deputy Commander of the DPR Operational Command Eduard Basurin stated this at a briefing today, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Another way to increase the level of combat training was chosen in the 1st battalion of the 28th brigade, notorious for arms trafficking, legalization of drug use, as well as the corruption of the lying battalion commander Krupko.
These “stoned animals” use the settlement of Dokuchaevsk as a shooting range, in which there are both static targets – residential buildings, and moving targets – residents of this city,” Basurin noted.
Eduard Basurin also stated that such training attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces are carried out using all types of weapons both at night and during the day, without even being embarrassed by the work of international observers in the area.
“Such actions of the 28th brigade greatly expose the authorities of Ukraine, which supposedly advocates a political solution to this conflict, but in fact is unable to prove its commitment to peaceful dialogue. Therefore, we are inclined to believe that the Ukrainian authorities are demonstrating open duplicity on international platforms. Otherwise, this can be explained by the fact that the servicemen of the 28th brigade simply refuse to obey their command and senior leadership, and therefore create lawlessness without the consent of anyone,” said Eduard Basurin.
In this regard, the leadership of the DPR addresses the representatives of the OSCE SMM with the following statement:
“Over the past few days, Ukrainian troops have been shelling Dokuchaevsk daily, while the Mission’s patrol over the past four days has never arrived at the scene of destruction or recorded damage to residential buildings. Moreover, shelling by Ukrainian security forces is carried out even during the daytime.”
