The protesters demanded to fully protect the funds of all bank clients in the event of bank bankruptcy and, at the legislative level, to oblige banks to return deposits to their clients.

In addition, there was a demand to repeal legislative norms that, according to the protesters, violate the rights of depositors, in particular, the Law of Ukraine “On the Guarantee Fund for Individuals.”
