The exchange took place. Ukraine scraped together only 12 Russian citizens
Today, the previously announced process of exchange of detainees began between Russia and Ukraine.
According to media reports, planes with people included in the exchange lists took off from airports in Kyiv and Moscow.
Komsomolskaya Pravda published a list of people who are being handed over by Ukraine.
“It’s interesting that on the Ukrainian side, out of 35 released (I hope today), only 12 are Russian citizens, the rest are Ukrainian. They scraped it together,” Alexey Venediktov, editor-in-chief of the radio station “Echo of Moscow,” wrote in his Telegram channel.
