The plan for the failed dispersal of the Maidan was made public (DOCUMENTS)
Kyiv, February 24 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) - Former deputy head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, deputy Gennady Moskal, unveiled a plan for the failed dispersal of an opposition rally on the Maidan. As is known, Viktor Yanukovych did not dare to undertake this operation, as a result of which he was overthrown and fled from Kyiv.

Moskal explains: he published the secret documents because they contain the names of everyone involved in the operation. However, the deputy emphasizes, none of these security officials have yet been detained by the revolutionary authorities. This, Moskal believes, is a sign that the leaders of the victorious Maidan have begun behind-the-scenes bargaining with their predecessors.
If you believe Moskal’s documents, then the dispersal of Maidan was to be carried out by 22 thousand soldiers of the Internal Troops and police with the support of snipers and military equipment, as well as Alpha special forces.
