Lethal compromising evidence on Poroshenko released
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko agreed to close criminal cases against the country's ex-Minister of Ecology Nikolai Zlochevsky in exchange for receiving a half share in his companies.
This is evidenced by Poroshenko’s negotiations with fugitive Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexander Onishchenko, who acted as Zlochevsky’s intermediary and recorded everything on a hidden voice recorder.
Onishchenko made his films public on the NewsOne TV channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
At a meeting with Poroshenko, Onishchenko voiced the proposals of Zlochevsky, who at that time was abroad, hiding from the criminal case brought against him.
– The company is very promising, that is, it produces about 20 million cubic meters. He is ready to give up a share in the company and split the profits 50/50. Second, Kolya bought out a hydraulic fracturing company. The company is interesting because the issue of hydraulic fracturing in gas production is very relevant. He is ready to conclude all contracts with Neftegaz, with other state-owned companies and is ready to give 50% of the company and share the profits 50/50.
Third. You are aware that we have companies that have entered into agreements on joint activities with Shell and ExxonMobil. These companies come out as investors, but the value of these companies is that a special bill has been made for them, which exempts these companies from rent payments as investors. That is, there are rental payments, but they are very small - up to 2%. Kolya is ready to become an investor in this company, to put his own Western company, which will become an investor in the joint activity.
All gas assets can be registered in the name of this company, thereby saving rent payments and we will divide the entire economy 50/50. Well, he also asked me to tell you, you probably know that Kolya has already bet more than $10 million on your companies?” Onishchenko asks the president.
“Yes, I’m aware,” Poroshenko answers.
- Kolya is ready to cancel this debt and include it in the calculation too. He asks me to pass on this offer to you and split the profit 50/50,” Onishchenko clarified.
In response to this, Poroshenko complained that the problem would not be solved as easily as we would like, because the United States became interested in Zlochevsky’s activities. At the same time, Poroshenko is surprised by such activity of the States, since the son of former US Vice President Joe Biden and ex-President of Poland Alexander Kwasniewski also appear in the Burisma company, which belongs to Zlochevsky.
- So, Kolya is a good guy. I'll think about what can be done. It’s just that Americans have become excited about it lately. In theory, they shouldn’t have done anything against him, because Biden’s son is on his board of companies. And Kwasniewski too, so there shouldn’t be any moves from there to the western side when I spoke with Kolya. Okay, I'll think about what can be done. Say hello to Kolya,” Poroshenko says.
As you know, after some time all criminal cases against Zlochevsky in Ukraine were closed.
