Hugs! – Touching dialogue between Putin and Medvedev in Balaklava

On the Internet, the public is discussing today’s dialogue between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev during the head of state’s dive to an 80-meter depth in a submersible near Balaklava.
Speaking on the radio, Medvedev wished Putin a good expedition, after which the prime minister and the president said goodbye with the words “Hugs.”
