During a visit to the permanent weapons storage site of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the OSCE SMM recorded the absence of 64 tanks there.

“The SMM once again visited the permanent weapons storage site of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF), which is located along the withdrawal line, and noted that it remained unused and was short of 64 tanks (twenty-three T-64s and forty-one T -72),” the report says.
