The OSCE discovered prohibited military equipment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the front line
The Ukrainian military continues to violate the Minsk agreements by placing heavy weapons and mines in the Kyiv-controlled territories of Donbass.
Deputy Head of the OSCE SMM Alexander Hug spoke about this at a press conference, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“An SMM long-range UAV spotted five self-propelled howitzers, two of which you can see in this image near government-controlled Vyskriva (Luhansk region – прим. ред.). Or in this image - near government-controlled Travneve (Donetsk region - прим. ред.) An SMM long-range drone identified 25 anti-tank mines on the road. Those who laid these and thousands of other mines bear responsibility to the signatories of paragraph six of the Minsk memorandum of September 19, 2014,” Hug said.
