The photo presented by the OSCE mission clearly shows that Ukrainian equipment is located close to residential buildings.
First Deputy Chairman of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine Alexander Hug stated this in Kyiv during a briefing held at the Ukrainian Crisis Media Center, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Here in this photo, which was taken by our drone on September 25, you can see 21 self-propelled artillery units and other military equipment near the Ukrainian-controlled settlement of Alexandropol,” Hug said.
