OSCE confirmed that militias withdrew heavy weapons - DPR

According to Deputy Defense Minister of the DPR Eduard Basurin, the OSCE mission was heading to Shirokino.
“As we approached one of the settlements, we were stopped by the DPR militia. The militia pointed out to the mission members that on the highway there were cars and equipment destroyed by fire from Ukrainian security forces. Members of the mission spotted cars destroyed by artillery fire,” he said.
“Also, representatives of the OSCE mission saw a special parking lot where heavy weapons were located, withdrawn from the positions of the militia. They confirmed that all equipment was in place, which was recorded in their report.
This completely refutes the false statements of the Ukrainian side about the militia allegedly amassing heavy weapons to their places of deployment,” asserts Basurin.
