@Concerning the OSCE, I want to say the following: only they must now solve this problem, it is Alexander Hug who must solve this problem with Gladosovo. If he doesn’t solve it, it will mean that the OSCE has completely discredited itself here,” said the Donetsk politician.
He also noted that only Russia is trying to find ways to peacefully resolve the conflict, unlike Western countries, which are Kyiv’s guarantors of peace.
“What Russia does is come up with some requests and proposals. For comparison: in Ukraine there were no initiatives for a peaceful resolution of the conflict on the part of the Europeans, who, in fact, are the guarantors of peace on the part of Ukraine. This, in turn, shifts the failure to implement the Minsk agreements onto their shoulders. This is their miscalculation. If they cannot influence Ukraine, something needs to be done about it. Why continue to finance the war?” Kostenko noted.
