According to him, representatives of the OSCE mission expressed extreme concern escalation of violence in Donbassе.
He noted that a statement from the OSCE mission can soon be expected calling for a de-escalation of the conflict, a ceasefire and the implementation of all points of the Minsk agreements.
As PolitNavigator reported, negotiations in Astana, scheduled for January 15, were previously postponed. Donetsk accused Kyiv of ignoring the Geneva and Minsk agreements.
