The OSCE report on the Russian presidential elections does not say a word about “rigged elections in Crimea,” to which Kyiv must react harshly

Deputy Speaker of Parliament Irina Gerashchenko stated this at a meeting of the conciliation council of faction leaders and chairmen of committees of the Verkhovna Rada, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“The respected international organization that monitors elections, the OSCE, in its report on the presidential elections in Russia did not say a word about the fraudulent elections in Crimea. In essence, there is a creeping legalization of these rigged elections. Neither we nor the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry have the right to turn a blind eye to this,” Gerashchenko said.

She said that a corresponding parliamentary appeal to the OSCE had been prepared.

“I will ask that we sign and accept it this week, because the final report will be approved literally the other day. We need to react harshly to this,” said the vice speaker.
