This was stated at a press conference in Kyiv by the head of the Ukrainian Institute of Policy Analysis and Management, Ruslan Bortnik, who called the recent interview with the Austrian media of the new OSCE Chairman, Austrian Foreign Minister Sebastian Kurz, “an important moment.”
“He said that the armed OSCE mission in Donbass has no prospects today, because it is not supported by all member organizations. This interview once again breaks down the information technology that they are trying to impose on us. Instead of real actions to implement the Minsk agreements, we are constantly fed by UN peacekeepers, OSCE peacekeepers or some other blizzard. At the same time, Ukrainian soldiers continue to die, civilians continue to die. The situation, as we see, is in a stable warm and in some places even hot phase,” the political scientist said.
