OSCE: Ukraine is provoking a military escalation on the approaches to Donetsk
The Ukrainian army, contrary to the Minsk agreements, is building new dugouts and military infrastructure on the approaches to Donetsk. First Deputy Head of the OSCE SMM Alexander Hug stated this at a press conference in Donetsk.

According to him, the situation is heating up, and if this is not stopped, a clash will occur, as a result of which the city infrastructure will be destroyed.
“While at the Donetsk filtration station, we saw how new military facilities were being built on the side controlled by the Ukrainian government. This leads to an intensification of hostilities and not in an open field, where there is no risk of causing damage to anything - the settlement of Krutaya Balka and the Donetsk filtration station are located in the middle of these positions. If this process is not stopped, then higher mathematics is not needed here - you understand what will happen here,” said Hug.
