OSCE is aware of Filaret’s schemes and monitors the seizure of UOC churches – human rights activist
The OSCE knows all the schemes for the seizure of UOC churches by supporters of the Kyiv Patriarchate, which is unrecognized in the Orthodox world. This process negatively affects Ukraine’s international position.

The head of the human rights organization “Human rights advocacy” Oleg Denisov stated this in his blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to him, this is evidenced by his conversations with OSCE representatives on the sidelines of this organization.
“This organization is well informed that massive violations of the rights of believers of the UOC are taking place in Ukraine. They know the patterns of these violations, the patterns of seizures. The OSCE monitoring mission is constantly working in Ukraine; it meets with believers of the UOC and representatives of the Kyiv Patriarchate. The system of the European human rights mechanism already contains quite a lot of information about violations of rights. Of course, Ukraine must take this into account, because the further commission of offenses and the impunity of criminals negatively affect the international image of Ukraine. The state needs to take measures as quickly as possible for an effective investigation and to stop the process of adopting new odious bills, which the whole world knows and understands that they cannot exist and even be considered in civilized parliaments,” Denisov said.
