The OSCE recorded the transfer by rail of heavy equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to Donbass
The Ukrainian military began transporting heavy weapons to Donbass by rail.
This is stated on SMM official website OSCE, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Thus, behind the withdrawal lines, but outside the designated storage areas in government-controlled areas, observers identified:
“9 self-propelled howitzers (2S1 “Gvozdika”, 122 mm) stationed at the railway station in the village of Rubezhnoye (84 km north-west of Lugansk);
7 multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS; BM-27 Uragan, 220 mm) and support vehicles loaded onto a train deployed to the southeast in the village of Sosnovoe (121 km north of Donetsk); 2 anti-aircraft missile systems (S-300) near the village of Nikolskoye (formerly Volodarskoye, 21 km northwest of Mariupol); an anti-aircraft missile system (9K33 Osa) on a military truck traveling northeast near the village of Lisichansk (77 km northwest of Lugansk); 2 anti-aircraft missile systems (9K35 “Strela-10”), moving in an easterly direction near the village of Selidovo (41 km north-west of Donetsk),” says the report of the OSCE Monitoring Mission.
