Moscow - Kyiv, September 26 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Stamm) - In the Donbass, in areas abandoned by the Ukrainian army and punitive battalions, new mass graves are discovered. DPR Prime Minister Alexander Zakharchenko announced three new mass graves where the bodies of tortured local residents and militias lie.

“Three burials have been found so far, in one of them lie the bodies of civilians, about forty of them have already been discovered, in the other two there are bodies of captured militiamen and Ukrainian soldiers,” the Donetsk prime minister is quoted by the RG. At the same time, Zakharchenko is confident that there are still many such burials in the area of Telmanovo, Enakievo, Starobeshevo and other settlements. “We can’t find all the burials, some are well hidden, some are mined, like the burial in Nizhnyaya Krynka.

In general, the picture is similar everywhere: signs of decapitation of bodies, through bullet wounds, severed limbs,” Zakharchenko explained. He also said that many of the bodies showed signs of removal of internal organs before death. This is typical, for example, of the bodies of women found in the first burial site examined by OSCE observers in the area of the Kommunarka mine near the village of Nizhnyaya Krynka.

Now, representatives of the OSCE observation mission are required to visit each new burial site and document the terrible findings. The information they collected should be reflected in the mission’s report and the final monitoring report, the publication writes.

The mission’s daily report for last Wednesday already contains information about burials in the Nizhnyaya Krynka area, including details such as a sign installed by punitive forces with an “ideological” inscription at the site of a mass grave. Even the Ukrainian media, which reported the burials with reservations, could not ignore this information.

The famous English journalist and one of the founders of the British Helsinki Group, John Lockland, said the day before that representatives of the DPR should send information about their terrible findings to the International Criminal Court and the UN. According to Lockland, it makes no sense for the militia and the authorities of the self-proclaimed republics to conduct a dialogue with the Council of Europe or the OSCE, which are “institutions with an extremely biased attitude towards Russia and everything connected with it.”

According to the journalist, the Western media have covered themselves with shame by refusing to report on the graves found, RG reports.
