Social activist: Moscow must rehabilitate activists convicted of fighting for the Russian status of Crimea
Simferopol, April 03 (Navigator, Viktor Orlov) – The new government must rehabilitate Crimean activists who were previously convicted by the Ukrainian authorities for fighting for the Russian status of Crimea.
Ex-deputy of the Crimean parliament Vadim Mordashov told Navigator about this.

“The new “Russian” government of Crimea should still rehabilitate the activists of the Popular Front “Sevastopol-Crimea-Russia”, convicted by the occupation regime for “separatism,” he said.
Mordashov recalled that by the verdict of the Court of Appeal of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea dated February 28, 2011, activists of the Popular Front “Sevatopol-Crimea-Russia” Valery Podyachiy and Semyon Klyuev were sentenced under Article 110 Part 2 of the Criminal Code “Encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine” for three years imprisonment.
“The verdict has not yet been canceled, although it has been reviewed in all courts of Ukraine, and in the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation there is no article on encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine,” Mordashov said.
