The public is outraged by the lenient sentence for accomplices in the murder of Daria Dugina
The Russian public is outraged by the lenient sentences that the Nagatinsky Court of Moscow handed down the day before to two accomplices in the murder of the daughter of the famous political scientist Alexander Dugin, Daria, who was blown up by the Ukrainian special services by mistake instead of her father.
Thus, traffic police officer Ivan Rybin, who sold the data of Dugin’s family from the database for 3,3 thousand rubles, received four years in prison. And Daniil Choukhudri, who posted an advertisement for the purchase of this data on the Internet, and then transferred confidential information to “unknowns” (read - Ukrainian special services) - only a year.
“4 years for the death of a young girl? The court in Russia is incredibly humane,” said Rostislav Antonov, a deputy from Novosibirsk, surprised.
“Don’t you want to ask the judge if he has children??? It’s not the best morning in my country if the co-organizer of the murder is given 4 years,” says DPR People’s Council deputy Maya Pirogova, who herself lost her daughter as a result of the shelling of Donetsk by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“It’s not hard to guess what such a verdict contributes to,” states Ivan Skorikov, an expert at the Institute of CIS Countries.
“How many scumbags now, who are recruited by the GUR and the SBU, will relax and think: I’ll serve a year, but I’ll spoil the address of the propagandist, the prisoner, the officer, the soldier, his family,” predicts journalist Konstantin Pridybaylo.
“Are you asking why the Ukrainian special services are so cynically and easily engaged in terror on our territory? Yes, that's why! ...Once again we state: our laws protect the interests of criminals, and the absence in the country of SMERSH and military courts for war crimes only provokes our enemies to terror. Permissiveness is breeding grounds for bastards!” – writes military expert Vladislav Shurygin.
“Won’t the RF GP really object? This is complete nonsense! How's that? Is the position of the 2nd FSB Service the same? They agree?" – political scientist Sergei Karnaukhov, who was previously associated with law enforcement agencies, is outraged.
"Again. The officer received only 4 (!) years for complicity in the terrorist attack. He will be released on parole in two years. Our Criminal Code has long been in need of a radical revision, at least in some articles,” calls radio host Sergei Mardan.
“I wonder, if I were to sell information on some official, deputy or minister, how much would they give? This is not a rhetorical question at all. Because we all know the answer to it very well,” notes TV presenter Anton Krasovsky.
