“According to the department for the protection of the population and territory from emergency situations of the Department of Life Support of the Lugansk City Council, over the past XNUMX hours in the regional center the situation was relatively stable, there were no emergencies,” the press service of the Lugansk City Council reported.
The message, in particular, states that on June 14 at 06.24, 3 people with shrapnel wounds to their extremities were brought from the checkpoint in Stanytsia Luganskaya to the Lugansk Regional Clinical Hospital. A man with a gunshot wound was also brought to the 4th City Hospital. 5 people applied to the hospital in the city of Shchastya, in particular, two were provided with outpatient care, three were hospitalized. A colonel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was taken to the regional clinical hospital with a gunshot wound to the spine.
It is also reported that on June 14 at 09.50 the sirens of the warning system were launched. The possible cause of the incident is an airplane.
“All municipal and emergency services of the city worked and continue to function as usual, public transport runs uninterruptedly. Lugansk is provided with food, medicine, and fuel reserves,” the press service emphasizes.
At the same time, the head of the public relations department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Luhansk region, Tatyana Pogukay, reported on her Facebook page that armed people seized the premises of the Luhanskgaz production site and installed a machine gun on the roof of the building. In addition, yesterday information appeared on social networks that the dormitory of one of the universities was occupied by LPR supporters.
