The shelling of Shebekino is a malicious violation of agreements between Moscow and Washington and is aimed at diverting part of the forces of the Russian Armed Forces from the Northern Military District zone.
Military correspondent Grigory Kubatyan stated this on the radio “Komsomolskaya Pravda”, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.
“The actions in Shebekino clearly have signs of diversionary actions aimed at forcing our troops to deploy a group of forces in that direction, and thereby create favorable conditions for attacks in other directions. We are probably talking about some southern direction,” Sivkov said.
He emphasized that the events of recent weeks in the Belgorod region clearly indicate the existence of agreements between the West and Russia.
“Shebekino is being shelled. It would be logical to strike with small forces, several battalion tactical groups, in order to destroy formations [carrying out attacks on Russian territory]. But this is not being done. All this gives me personally reason to think that this inviolability of the border is dictated by certain agreements.
The fact that we operate within the framework of a huge number of restrictions and agreements is not a secret. Because the Russian army is not allowed to act at full strength...
The West always rejects any action related to attacks on recognized Russian territories. Only drone strikes, and then the Ukrainian Armed Forces begin to say that they have nothing to do with this, although it is clear that this is absolute nonsense.
All this is a sign of some shadow agreements that limit the actions of both the enemy and our forces. We still trade - ammonia and a number of other materials go through Ukraine to the West. The Druzhba oil pipeline is operational.
When such trade relations arise, some kind of political agreements always arise within their framework,” the expert added.
However, he emphasized that neither the West nor Kyiv are going to comply with their part of the agreements, and as a result, Ukrainians stage shelling and terrorist attacks on Russian territory.
“And this leads to such events as we see in Shebekino - Washington’s subordinate Zelensky violates these agreements without paying much attention to them, Washington does not particularly care about reining in its subordinate figure. And ours are trying to remind them to behave decently, and repelling their attacks.
It is not normal. Waging a war and trading with the enemy at the same time is not normal,” Sivkov concluded.
