The shelling of Donetsk will soon end: DPR fighters fought their way into Marinka
The offensive of the DPR and the subsequent clearing of Marinka will protect residents of the outskirts of Donetsk from the barbaric shelling by Ukrainian armed forces that has resumed with renewed vigor.

“The situation is difficult, but solvable. Our troops are advancing, they have entered the outskirts of Marinka, and we are now clearing the streets of these Nazis. Now we will move forward, Marinka will be completely cleared, and then Aleksandrovka, Petrovsky district, and Tekstilshchik will be released from the attack.

“The Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the DPR made a promise to the residents of the city of Donetsk that they will soon stop hearing shell explosions. The forces of the NM DPR fought their way into Marinka, “clearing the streets of Ukrainian nationalists and militants of the armed forces of Ukraine subordinate to them.” The liberation of the village will not only protect civilians of Donetsk from shelling, but will also secure the civilian infrastructure of the republic.
Let us note that, according to the press service of the DPR NM, during the clearing of Marinka, 9 Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers laid down their arms, and two received medical assistance.
“Street fighting in Marinka has been going on for four days now. We confirm the progress of our fighters in this direction - with the forces of the 100th Brigade and the Miner Division. With the assistance of “Sparta” and other units of the DPR NM,” reports military correspondent Semyon Pegov.
