A member of the Council for the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights under the President of the Russian Federation, journalist Maxim Shevchenko, said this on the air of the program “Time will Tell,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We are being held by the throat with this situation. The escalation in the Donetsk region, that is, the shelling of the city and the killing of civilians, is completely controlled by Kyiv Nazis and their Western patrons. Therefore, on March 18, I predict that during the elections in Russia there will be shelling of Donetsk, just like on the day the World Cup begins. They will choke us with this,” Shevchenko predicts.
