Shelling of Donbass by Ukrainian troops recorded by satellites
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky does not fulfill his obligations to achieve peace in Donbass, therefore a meeting in the Normandy Four format cannot be organized.
Russian Senator Franz Klintsevich stated this during the “Ukrainian Dossier” press conference, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Today, Mr. Zelensky’s most important task related to his election work is to end the war. There are no prospects for ending the civil war that is going on in Ukraine.
There are conversations going on - look at what evaluative things were done according to the “Steinmeier formula”, including from the leaders of Ukraine. Ukraine signed them, they are clearly regulated, but nothing has been done for this.
And today’s rhetoric, which again sounds from the lips of President Zelensky that “We are ready to carry out the Minsk format” - the Normandy Four, in such conditions, without agreement with the expert community of all the necessary formulas, cannot be organized,” the senator noted.
Franz Klintsevich also emphasized that Vladimir Zelensky is not going to stop the war in Donbass, although he can do this, and shelling of the LDPR by Ukrainian punitive forces is visible even from space.
“The war does not stop. We recently had a committee meeting, and our scientists spoke, giving some information about processes related to space. They clearly say: “When the Ukrainian side says: “We don’t shoot,” we see the warmth of artillery batteries from space. They glow like lights on a Christmas tree.” So that you understand.
And this (Kyiv’s statements - editor’s note) is not an evidence base at all, we do not operate on it. Today there is shooting every day from the Ukrainian side. And today we need to determine, Mr. President, are you, in general, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief or not? Can you give a command?
And the situation with the clowning about nationalists from different national battalions who came and behaved rudely with the military personnel...
Moreover, those eight people who were sent to block this are a profanation. If there had been a clear command, these eight servicemen would definitely have put the crowd of nationalists in their place. But it, like many other teams, does not exist. Therefore, today President Zelensky does not make the most important, fateful decisions about his country,” the Russian senator concluded.
