The “elections” announced by Poroshenko have already been recognized as fraud
Local elections in Ukraine this fall are being held under rules that limit the participation of opponents of Petro Poroshenko's regime.
Ukrainian human rights activist and public figure Vladimir Chemeris stated this on air at UkrLife.

According to him, Ukraine has adopted laws that directly violate the European Convention for the Protection of Rights and Freedoms, therefore many international human rights organizations have the right to recognize the elections in Ukraine as undemocratic.
“The anti-communist law violates a number of articles of the European Convention for the Protection of Civil Rights and Freedoms. This is called freedom of expression. Restrictions on the right to be elected for several communist parties, restrictions on voting rights for internally displaced persons who cannot vote in local elections, non-registration of the Opposition Bloc in the elections in Kharkov and much more provide grounds for international organizations, in particular the OSCE, to announce future local elections in Ukraine undemocratic.
This all means that when the case comes to the European Court, it may recognize certain elections as undemocratic. I have no doubt that there will be such a court decision, the only thing is that it will be unknown when,” Chemeris said.
