Another crime of the Armed Forces of Ukraine: a temple, a Sunday school and a kindergarten were destroyed in Debaltsevo
Yesterday, the Alexander Nevsky Church was damaged by shelling in Debaltsevo, сообщается on the website of the Gorlovka and Slavic diocese of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church.

“On December 23 at 14:55, 10 shells were fired, according to preliminary data, into the city of Debaltsevo from the front line. One of them ended up on the territory of the Alexander Nevsky Church. Artillery with a caliber of at least 150 mm was used, which is prohibited by the Minsk agreements,” the report notes.
It is also said that the church’s Sunday school building was significantly damaged, with one wall completely destroyed and the rest partially destroyed.
“Fortunately, there were no children in the building at the time. In the temple itself, windows were broken, the façade was cut by shrapnel, and the metal door was broken. The new dome on the ground was also damaged. There are no human casualties. School No. 3, a kindergarten and residential buildings were also damaged by the shelling. There is no data on the dead and wounded yet,” the diocese informs.
