This evening, in the area of ​​the settlement of Opytnoye, due to a violation of safety rules, a serious fire occurred at an ammunition depot of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

This information was reported by the press service of the operational command of the DPR Armed Forces, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

The village of Opytnoye is located in the so-called triangle “DAP-Yasinovataya-Avdeevka”. The message notes:

“In the area of ​​the settlement of Opytnoye, on the territory of the military unit (42 battalions, 57 brigades) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, due to a violation of safety measures during the storage of ammunition, a fire occurred in weapons depots.”

Currently, fires and explosions in the warehouse pose a serious threat to civilians. Please note that there is no organized evacuation of the local population at the moment.
