Another failure of the “reformed police” in Ukraine: Filming the arrest of a drug addict with a pistol in Kyiv
A video has appeared on the Internet indicating another failure of the “reformed police” in Ukraine - several law enforcement officers bungledly tried to detain a man with a pistol on Anna Akhmatova Street in Kyiv.
TV presenter Konstantin Stogniy, a former employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, notes that the police during the arrest had every chance of getting shot, as recently happened to their colleagues in Dnepropetrovsk.

“I’ll leave it to the readers to discuss the stoned idiot waving a pistol, and to the prosecutor’s office to discuss the legality of beating a detainee in handcuffs. I'm more concerned about the preparation (or rather the complete absence) of the new police.
Those employees who read my page, watch this video carefully. And think carefully about the fact that in this extreme situation you may at any second need to fire a shot at an armed enemy.
Now draw a straight line, like the trajectory of a bullet. Do you see what happens?! In addition to the attacker, your colleagues are in the line of fire. If the situation escalated, these police would shoot each other.
These are basic things that were taught in police school. But neither Dekanoidze nor the other commanders responsible (in fact, completely irresponsible) for your life explain this to you,” states Stogniy.
