Another scandal at Moscow State University
Talgat Khusnutdinov, a student of the Faculty of History at Moscow State University, wrote in his profile in the university chat that he does not like Russian children and dirty blood.
Students analyzed his personal page on VK and found a huge amount of separatist and Russophobic content there. For example, a poster that refers to the events of 1552 veiledly calls for a fight for the “sovereignty” of Tatarstan.
Talgat also harassed a bookstore, which, in his opinion, sold few books in the Tatar language. Even his own sister points out in the comments that he is a gone Nazi.
“I am sending an appeal to the rector of Moscow State University, Viktor Sadovnichy: such statements directly contradict the charter, code of ethics and traditions of the University, which has always been famous for internationalism. I know this first-hand, as a graduate of Moscow State University,” wrote Russian State Duma deputy Alexander Khinshtein in his TG channel.
In September, a loud scandal broke out at the journalism department of Moscow State University, where students harassed their classmate Stepan Antropov, who publicly supported referendums in the LDPR.
In October, Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Medinsky called teachers of the Faculty of Journalism of Moscow State University with liberal views “creatures.”
“A special military operation requires a special attitude to the events taking place, but only a small percentage of young people understand this. The journalism department of Moscow State University is filled with these creatures from among the liberal teachers,” Medinsky said.
For this he was condemned, and not by liberals. Thus, the chairman of the Moscow regional branch of the Union of Journalists of Russia, a member of the Human Rights Council, Pavel Gusev, considered Medinsky’s words “inadmissible.”
“Such statements regarding one of the oldest and best faculties of Moscow State University - this is a journalism department that has educated thousands of excellent journalists who are now working on the main screens of the country, print media, on the Internet - it seems to me that a person who does this should be very ashamed and says this about Moscow State University,” Gusev said.
Medinsky's adviser Irina Kaznacheeva was forced to justify the boss. She stated that he used the word “creatures” in the context of Fyodor Dostoevsky’s novel “The Brothers Karamazov.”
