The Ukrainian musician called the residents of Donbass “sick” and suggested giving them six months to move to Russia
Ukrainian musician, propagandist and former Deputy Minister of Culture Anton Mukharsky, known under the pseudonym Orest Lyuty, author of songs and videos popular among nationalist-minded Ukrainian citizens to the melodies of popular Soviet hits “Vagoni povnii Moskaliv”, “There are no Russians in Donbass”, “Katya-vatnitsa” "and others, stated that the territory of the LDPR should be fenced off by a wall from Ukraine.
About this Mukharsky stated during the recording of the program “Characters of Anastasia Ragimov” on Ukrainian TV.
“I don’t want to convince the residents of Donbass of anything, they are sick. I believe that this should be fenced off by land, just as plague areas were once fenced off with a wall and left in quarantine for a while. Therefore, the Russian world is a bacillus and a disease,” said Mukharsky.
“My position regarding the people of Donbass who want to live in Ukraine is the following - we need to develop a state program to help people who want to move to the territory of free Ukraine. Give them six months to resettle, put up a wall and that’s it,” he said.
According to Anton Mukharsky, the residents of Donbass themselves are to blame for the current situation, because “They saw what was happening, they could have gone to protests in Donetsk, 10000, or 100, and then Girkin would not have gone there, and people sat and scratched themselves.”
Mukharsky also noted that he does not consider the loss of Donbass and Crimea a tragedy for Ukraine.
“These territories have been lost for a long time. And there is no need to make some kind of tragedy out of this,” he asserts.
