In Ukraine there is a nationalist bacchanalia that has nothing to do with values and works only in the “friend or foe” system.

Ukrainian philosopher and political scientist Sergei Datsyuk, who previously actively supported the Maidan, stated this on air on the UkrLife channel. According to him, total Ukrainization will only lead to irreversible consequences and further collapse of the country.
“Rejection of the idea of a single country, severe rejection of the Russian language in the sense that we will not just supplant it through a long-term cultural policy for two or three generations - already severe rejection. To the point where they pick out all the nuances. You and I are definitely enemies, because now we speak Russian. The third point is soil, blood, dreams, the subconscious as the basis of Ukrainianness. Are you Ukrainian by blood or not? What language do you see your dreams in? If it’s in Ukrainian, then you’re Ukrainian, if not, then you’re not. This kind of thing – where you were born, the territory.
All these things rise to the shield. Values are not the basis of Ukraine... These are dangerous things. They lead to a split of the country from within... If this continues, we will begin to have irreversible consequences, we have everything ready for this. If we don’t stop this nationalist bacchanalia now, then that’s it,” Datsyuk laments.
